I am currently working as an Architect and Senior 3D Visualiser at Michael Laird Architects and Associate lecturer at Napier University and live in Edinburgh, Scotland with my wife and three-year old son. Prior to raising a family, Elspeth and I lived in New York City.

I love design of all stages, from the concept sketch to the completed product and my work, both as part of a larger practice and on an individual basis, has been featured in international magazines, websites, seminars and exhibitions as well as winning national and regional design awards in both the UK and USA.

Outside of the office, I am currently tutoring Second and Final year students of Napier University’s Interior and Spatial Design program in both a design and visualisation role. In my time in the States, I was an active member of the ACE Mentorship program, holding weekly classes to mentor High School students who are interested in pursuing a career in Architecture, Construction and Engineering.
