The illustrations are crafted to visually express complex and abstract concepts within course modules such as Data Ethics, Data Hoarding and Survivorship Bias. They’re intended to serve as essential visual guides, aiding students in navigating these subjects; their clarity and purposeful design is aimed to align seamlessly with The Data Lab Academy’s educational offerings.
Beyond the illustrations, we crafted a set of icons to facilitate way-finding throughout The Data Lab Academy's online courses. Complementing this, digital achievement badges were developed to mark and celebrate students' progress, fostering a sense of accomplishment and community.
